This page explains what personal data Quadrix collects through this website, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what rights you have.

Who Handles Your Data
The data controller is Quadrix, reachable at info@quadrix.pt.
What we Collect
This website collects data only when you fill in the quote request form. There are no accounts, no private area, and no automatic collection of browsing data.
The fields collected are:
- Name, required
- Email, required
- Message, required
- Company, optional
- Phone, optional
- Type of solution and plan of interest, when given
What we use it for
Only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare and carry out the service agreement.
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not combine it with other sources, and we do not sell or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
On What Basis
The processing rests on the pre-contractual steps you requested by sending the form, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Who has Access
The request is emailed to info@quadrix.pt and read only by those at Quadrix who handle quote requests.
Two providers are technically involved:
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website
- Hostinger International Ltd., which hosts Quadrix email
For how Long
Requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, where a contract follows, for the legal periods applicable to the contractual relationship and to tax obligations.
Your Rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing. Write to info@quadrix.pt.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt.
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection. Form data is validated and sent from the server, and mail credentials are never exposed in the browser.
