Terms and Conditions

These terms describe how the Quadrix service works. The specific terms of each project are those set out in the signed agreement between the parties, which prevails over this page.

Quadrix still has to supply the details below. Until then, this text should not be treated as final.

  • Full registered company name, tax number and registered address
  • Payment terms: deadline, method and consequences of late payment
  • Jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes
  • Notice period for cancellation at the end of the contracted term

What Quadrix Provides

Quadrix builds and maintains professional websites and develops custom software for companies, as an ongoing service rather than the sale of a standalone product.

How the Model Works

  • The client pays a one-off setup fee at the start
  • The client pays a monthly fee for the service
  • The monthly fee covers technical management and maintenance
  • The domain always belongs to the client
  • The website or software developed belongs to Quadrix and is made available to the client while the service is active

Term and Cancellation

The minimum contract period is one year. Two-year contracts carry a 5% discount on the monthly fee and three-year contracts carry 10%.

Once the contracted period ends, the client may cancel. The monthly fee stops and the Quadrix service ends. The domain remains the client's.

Prices

Prices shown on the website exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Each plan also carries a one-off setup fee, shown in the pricing section.

The longer-contract discount applies to the monthly fee. The setup fee is unchanged.

What the Client Provides

So the work can proceed, the client supplies the necessary material through the Quadrix briefing:

  • Accurate information about the business
  • Text
  • Images and other material
  • Logo, where applicable
  • Contact details and social media links

Timelines

Delivery time depends on the size and complexity of the project and is set out in the agreement. Delays by the client in supplying material may affect that timeline.

Approval and Launch

Before the work is considered complete, the client reviews the result and may request the changes included in the contracted plan. After final approval, the project goes live.

Changes to These Terms

Quadrix may update this page. Changes do not affect agreements already in force, which are governed by the terms signed.
